Established in 1988, Trevor Hopkins Associates has developed into one of West Wales premier Architectural practices. Based in Cardigan the company handles commissions from a wide variety of sectors. We work Nationally.

We are Chartered Architectural Technologists, Members of the Association of Project Safety and The Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

Our Consultancy has a wide portfolio of expertise and is well equipped to deal with many functions throughout the lifecycle of a project, from feasibility and concept schemes, through to detail specification, design/production drawings and contract administration. The practice is also able to act as Principal Designers under the CDM Regulations.

Project diversity has allowed us to develop into a truly versatile practice, capable of handling all aspects of the build. The team is both reactive and diligent in its approach to solving unusual design issues.

We have built a reputation for high quality work and enjoy an enviable returning client base. The mix of staff at the practice ensures that we are able to offer a tried and tested assurance of quality that is always up to date with the latest methodologies and technologies.

We pride ourselves on being relatively early adopters of Electronic Design software and have 20 concurrent years experience in Computer Aided Design and 3D modeling techniques.

The consultancy has sound knowledge in the design of context sensitive, low carbon and low environmental impact buildings, that are both cost effective and to the highest design quality. We have experience in specifying ecological materials, systems and construction techniques.

Our design portfolio includes projects featuring contemporary, traditional and sustainable designs.

More recently our sister company Survey it Wales Ltd was formed to provide national coverage of comprehensive surveying services to the Building Sector.
